The Friday Welcome Dinner and Saturday Ladies Event require a tickets to attend even though they are free. This is the best way we can ensure that we have enough food, serving staff and supplies for everyone who would like to attend!
We believe that the technical problems experienced with the store before the convention have been resolved. If you experience issues with items placed in the cart not showing or other items mysteriously appearing, we need to know. Report technical problems to gene.hays@californiaknights.org. Be sure to include specific details including order numbers and amounts. We would appreciate you NOT disputing charges with your card issuer and allow us to make refunds as appropriate.
